Terms of Service
Effective: July 2026
1. What Cooked AI is
Cooked AI provides AI-generated business, marketing, and conversion analysis for informational purposes. It does not guarantee revenue increases, business outcomes, legal advice, financial advice, or investment advice.
2. The roast
Audits are opinionated by design. They critique business artifacts — pages, copy, offers — never people. Output may contain humor; it is not a statement of fact about any business's financial condition, and should not be treated as one.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of everything you submit. You grant us the limited right to process it to generate your audit. You are responsible for having the right to submit the content you provide, including competitor URLs which are analyzed only from publicly available material.
4. Public sharing
All audits are private by default. Public gallery listing is opt-in only. We do not publicly roast real businesses without consent. You may revoke sharing at any time from your dashboard.
5. Payments
One-time products (Fix Plan, Cook-Off, Pro Rewrite) are delivered digitally on payment. Fix Sprint deposits are applied to the project scope agreed after review. Agency plans renew monthly and can be canceled anytime, effective end of billing period.
6. Fair use
No scraping the service, reselling raw output as your own automated product without a white-label plan, or submitting content designed to generate defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful output.
7. Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised effective date.
